Jimmy Henchman Talks On 94′ Tupac Shooting & how He is the real victim of the whole incident..

The LA Times issued a statment Apologizing about the Tupac Story they published less than 2 weeks ago.about the quad studio shooting of tupac in 1994.

Reporter Chuck Philips and his supervisor, Deputy Managing Editor Marc Duvoisin, issued statements of apology Wednesday afternoon. The statements came after The Times took intense criticism for the Pac article, which appeared on latimes.com last week and two days later in the paper’s Calendar section.The criticism from The Smoking Gun (among others) which said the newspaper had been the victim of a hoax by James Sabatino, 31,when he falsified FBI documents. and then from subjects (henchman & diddy) of the story, who said they had been defamed.

“In relying on documents that I now believe were fake, I failed to do my job,” Philips said in a statement Wednesday. “I’m sorry.”

In his statement, Duvoisin added: “We should not have let ourselves be fooled. That we were is as much my fault as Chuck’s. I deeply regret that we let our readers down.”

stanton says: “The bottom line is that the documents we relied on should not have been used. We apologize both to our readers and to those referenced in the documents and, as a result, in the story. We are continuing to investigate this matter and will fulfill our journalistic responsibility for critical self-examination.”

does this change my view on the whole thing? not really, i’ve believed that diddy & biggie did have something to do with the jacking since it happened.it wasn’t a coincidence that tupac got shot & robbed. Tupac said that over 10 years ago…

so soon after the story ran at the LA TIMES website diddy, jimmy,their lawyers & writers Publicist came up with the following statements (i didnt know henchman could speak so well, when i seen him on the real 50 cent dvd he could barley put together full sentences)

Says Henchmen:

“In the past 14 years, I have not even been questioned by law enforcement with regard to the assault of Tupac Shakur, let alone brought up on charges. Chuck Phillips, the writer who in the past has falsely claimed that the Notorious Biggie Smalls was in Las Vegas when Tupac was murdered and that Biggie supplied the gun that killed Tupac — only to be proven wrong as Biggie was in New Jersey recuperating from a car accident, has reached a new low by employing fourth-hand information from desperate jailhouse informants along with ancient FBI reports to create this fabrication. I simply ask for all Rap fans and fans of Tupac to analyze this fiction for what it is along with Phillips’ motives behind it. I am baffled as to why the LA Times would print this on its website when a simple and fair investigation would reveal that the allegations are false. I am currently consulting with my attorneys about my legal rights regarding this libelous piece of garbage.”

“This story is beyond ridiculous and is completely false.Neither Biggie nor I had any knowledge of any attack before, during, or after it happened. It is a complete lie to suggest that there was any involvement by Biggie or myself. I am shocked that the Los Angeles Times would be so irresponsible as to publish such a baseless and completely untrue story.”

dropping tomorrow in the L.A. Times is a new article with new details about the Tupac studio shooting.the story reveal that Biggie & Diddy had knowledge that tupac was gonna get robbed.but they didn’t know he was “gonna get shot” Allhiphop has more info & the article will be here tomorrow

this whole thing is old, my favorite MC tupac is gone, along with biggie.rehashing this whole ordeal brings some light to some questions.also many new questions arise the only people that really know what went down are the parties involed & they aren’t speaking or they are dead.diddy if you knew that shit was gonna go down, your a snake (which i’ve thought for years) & what comes around goes around.both of these artist provoked the beef & their both dead.& look at suge he’s lost death row & his money.this whole beef was a waste of life & talent.now artist like lil wayne & soulja boy are left on the charts…
